500 Error email notification

Hello,

Here is my problem:

I have a group of users called "delegation". In this group, I have two users, Tata and Toto, who both have delegation set to YES. With the user Tata, I want to create a ticket for Toto. So, I log in, then I create a ticket. In the field "Does this ticket concern me?", I select No, then I select Toto. However, just after selecting Toto, I get a 500 error.

The cause:

I conducted some tests with a fresh installation and noticed that when I do not enable email notifications and recreate the same group, etc., I do not have this issue. However, when I enable email notifications and recreate the group, I get the 500 error.

Solution:

I would like to resolve this issue because sending email notifications is important to me, and I also want to keep the groups with delegations enabled.

Hi Theo_D,

I think you're not in the right forum section. I don't see in your problem what could be related to glpi-agent.
