Shared Dashboard with Filters?

Hi,

i wanted to know if it's possible to add the Filters to a shared dashboard (via Link und Embedded).
Right now i only get the dashboard, but without any options to set the filter, if a logged in user uses the dashboard, they can add a filter to it (for example "ITIL-Categories").
