Hello,
How can i retrieve, via API, the pending reason associated with each of my tickets? I can get the full list of possible pending reason using this endpoint "apirest.php/Ticket/6296/PendingReason" but not the specific one for each ticket.

pending reason is linked to tickettask or itilfollowup
