Actualtime plugin is not visible in Administration > Actualtime

After installing the plugin Actualtime, the option in the main menu Administration > Actualtime is not visible. I checked on two versions 10.0.11 and 10.0.17 glpi user (SuperAdmin). Could you give me some advice?
