Hello,
We have been using GLPI for a few years since version 9, which was installed on a Windows 2008 server. Then we migrated the installation to an Ubuntu 20.04 server some time ago and then to GLPI version 10. We're currently running GLPI version 10.0.14.
We have the ticketing system in place, which automatically generates an e-mail notification each time the ticket is modified in glpi.
The main problem we've been having since the last versions is that the automatic e-mail notification doesn't work, and remains in the queue.
Sending mail manually from the queue works without a problem.
We've identified the problem as coming from the automatic queuedmail task that doesn't work (whether in GLPI or CLI mode).
Do you have any solutions?
Could it be a problem with the database schema that has been migrated from older versions?
