Error in notifications but receiber works fine

Hello,

I have GLPI 10 and the mail receiver of a Gmail account works correctly and creates tickets without problems, but then when I configure the same account in the notifications to be able to respond to the tickets and receive the mail and it does not work, when doing the test it stays for a while thinking and gives the error "Failed to send test email to admin"

Configurations tested:

Port: 587 and 465

SMTP + SSL and SMTP + TLS

Check certificate: yes and no

I have tried with several ports, with SSL, and TLS, I have the password of the Google application that I use on the receiver but I don't know why it doesn't work in the notifications.

I've already seen that video and I've done everything the same, I've done it in other ways with other videos as well and nothing works.

The curious thing, as I said before, is that in "Receivers" that same email works correctly, but in notifications it doesn't.
