Installation Error - Upgrading from 9.13 to 9.2

I am having an issue with the Installation of GLPI. I get to the part where it asks me to do a database update. I click on the Update and it bombs with an error "Unable to rename table glpi_slts (ok) to glpi_slas (not ok)!" I have found this same issue in at least 5 other posts. Four of them have no responses. In the one that does (id=173400), I followed their recommendation of renaming the glpi_slas to glpi_slas_bkup but then get an error that the table does not exist. I then rename it back and I am back to the original error. It is a non-ending cycle. There must be a way around this as I see many companies using the product. We are evaluating the product to replace our existing ITSM tool so any help would be appreciated. If we cannot find a solution quickly, we will have to move on to another tool. Thank You.

Figured out a work around. I manually changed the name and then commented out the commands to rename the table in the php script.
