signature on ticket too large

hi guys,

we have a problem with the signature in the ticket. on preview i see the icon really biggest. how can i do to fix this?

enough, i've noticed that when i response to a ticket and the users receive the e-mail the solution is at the bottom. Instead i would like that the solution or the response is above.
