Hi,
I have several tickets which have been classified as Incidents and they are in Closed State. Is it possible to change it back to Requests?
When I tried it as Super Admin, it gave me authorization error.

You cannot update closed tickets. You would have to change the status to not be closed, make the change, and then close them again.
