Tickets SLA progress bar

Hello!

I am doing some BI work for my job, and we are wondering where we could find the percentage of the progress bar from the tickets. Is there any place in the GLPI database where this number is available or if the percentage calculation is displayed?

I tried to create a function in MySQL to get the percentage of the solution time using the calendars but couldn't manage to make it work.
