Ticket Attachment file name changed to lower case

Hi all,

Would anyone know why Ticket's Attachment file name is changed to lower case?

Current file name attached
pkl-obstgenossenschaft_pomus_landw._ges.-2024.xlsx

Original file name
PKL-OBSTGENOSSENSCHAFT_POMUS_LANDW._GES.-2024.xlsx

I would like to have the original, unchanged name of the file attached to a ticket.
