This is an issue (php 5.4 specific, I think) with Ressources Plugins

Not only with ressorces plugins, with project plugin also. it dosen't work, all projects disappears

Solved the reported but another one appears:

now it appears the configuration of the print to pdf, but also appers in the botton the error
