Notifications no longer sending

Ticket notifications are no longer being sent out.
I restarted the server and that didn't work.

What should I check?

I got it working...and here is what caused my issue:

Under: Notifications --> Templates --> Tickets --> Default Translation

I changed the Select Language from ---- to English

Doing that killed the notifications.
