restart glpi profile

Hey guys, okay?

I ended up editing a little thing in my technical profile that messed everything up and I don't remember what it was, I wanted to know if there is any method I can do to reset this profile, returning to how it was in the beginning.

please help me aaaaa I need to put my GLPI into production soon and I hesitated having changed some things in the technician, and I don't remember what I did

Restore the profiles from the setup table or if this is to advanced for you setup a new instance in a VM and compare the profile.

How did you install glpi?
Do the same on another server and delete it after you got the data from the gui. Dont mess wirh DB if you are not familar with it.

I wasn't the one who installed the GLPI, it was installed by another person before I joined the company, but he didn't configure anything, he just did the installation, and messing with a configuration in the technician profile, the GLPI bugged my technician, Now he doesn't receive tickets anymore

It looked like this after I selected the option to activate the dashboard for my technician and clicked on save from another tab, then the boxes that were selected were unchecked and my technician had a buggy dashboard and no longer receives tickets
