Update GLPI to 10.0.16 and takeover the fusioninventory configuration

I'm on GLPI 10.0.6 and fusion inventory plugin 10.0.6+1.1
I want to update my GLPI to the current version 10.0.16 which no longer supports fusioninventory.
Can I replace the fusion inventory plugin by the native inventory already placed in GLPI?
Can all the  fusion inventory functionalities and configurations be migrated and how?
Are there detailed step by step instructions how to do this?
The complete installation and setup of the fusioninventory tasks, rules etc. was done by another person who no longer is available and I have no idea how all this works. So I'm looking for a migration strategy without the need to setup the configuration on my own.
