Cant add ip address to computer / printer, no errors just dont save

dont know if its a bug or i'm doing something wrong...
In a computer or printer (dont matter) i'm add network port and fill in ip address under "network name" section. Click "save". And it (ip) field are empty, no error message

really, it doesn't allow to specify ip that starts by 192.168.*, dont matter if i have that  subnet in Home -> Setup -> Dropdowns -> IP networks or not. 10.* or internet ip are are okay.

GLPI 10.0.16, but this bug are following me really after upgrade from 9.5

* and in the networknames (Home -> setup -> networkname) this network (192.168.*) show "IP network is not included in the database. Hovever, you can see current available networks." What does that mean?
