tasks completed, ticket assign to other group
I want to have a task that, once completed, the ticket is automatically assigned to another group. How can I do that?

There currently isn't a way to do this in GLPI. Maybe it could be done with a custom plugin, but that would require PHP knowledge.

And if we change the flux to a creation of a "son ticket"? example: the operator receive a ticket, tranform, for example, a task in ticket and the original ticket stays in stand by until receive the son ticket resolve....is that possible?
