solved: No save button at "ocsng mode" entry

GLPI-Version: 083.2

We have update the Version and now, we have no Entry from the OSCNG Server.
I wanted to create a new entry in the setup (ocsng mode), but there is no save button!

I've just installed GLPI parallel and there is nothing wrong.
Thus must have destroyed an update our glpi

I have repaired all tables in mysql and all my problems were solved in GLPI!
