Permissions as admin to access entities

I have three entities under root

I am a super-admin for root and an admin for all three sub entities

When I select my profile as super-admin I can the navigate to all entities

When I select my profile as admin I am only presented with one of the sub entities

What am I missing here?

Deleted all permissions, other than super-admin, and recreated them. Resolved.
