Tickets assigned to group members

Assumptions:
- there are several user groups in GLPI
- tickets are assigned to users
- users do not create up tickets - they are set up by the mail receivers

Is it possible for users assigned to the IT group to view a list of tickets assigned / observer to members of the IT group?
We do not want users from the IT group to be able to see tickets assigned to users from other groups.

Selected by default which group will be assigned
