Hello everyone,
I am looking for an organizational chart or diagram that illustrates the relationships between various objects in GLPI version 10. This includes the relationships between tickets, users, equipment, and other ITIL objects, as well as the relationships between inventory objects (computers, phones, network equipment, etc.) and billing objects, and how these objects interact with each other. My goal is to better understand the database structure and interactions between the different components to optimize our IT management.
I also seek to better understand the various relationships between all objects.
Before creating this diagram myself, I am wondering if anyone in the community has already created such a document or if there are any official or unofficial resources available on this topic.
Any help or pointers to relevant resources would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and collaboration.

No. This doesn't exist officially and I know of no unofficial ER diagram.
There are no real foreign keys in the GLPI tables, so an ER diagram would need made manually which isn't feasible given the huge number of tables and the polymorphic links between many of the tables.
