A customer reports the following issue: When GLPI receives an email to create a ticket, if the header does not include this: 'Content-Type: text/plain', the description of the email is not incorporated into the ticket when the request is created. This occurs when the email is sent from a MAC device or Ubuntu 20 servers, but the biggest problem is with automatic reports sent by CANON printers, as there is no way to modify them to include 'Content-Type: text/plain'. The customer mentions that this should be controlled from GLPI, as it is the one that incorrectly creates the ticket (the ticket appears with a subject but the description is empty).
