Document name update

when uploading a document to a ticket, which has previously been uploaded in a previous ticket, but under a different name. In the new ticket when I download the document (although it has a different name) it downloads with the original name and with a code in front of it.
When reviewing the document history, it seems that GLPI detects that it is the same document.

I need help please

al subir un documento a un ticket, que previamente ya ha sido subido en un ticket anterior, pero con otro nombre. En el nuevo ticket cuando descargo el documento (aunque está con un nombre diferente) de descarga con un el nombre original y con un código delante.
al revisar el histórico del documento, parece que GLPI detecta que es el mismo documento.

Necesito ayuda por favor

This is expected. GLPI gets the hash of the file content and stores the uploaded document based on that.
