Automatic action mailgate stays in running state

Hi,

We have a mail receiver configured on a test GLPI environment (10.0.15) to get emails from an outlook.com mailbox. We have this configured since a year ago and working as expected.
Recently, about a couple months maybe, we have been having an issue that the mailgate automatic task freezes in the running state. It stays in this state until we kill it in the GLPI gui.
The task is configured to run via CLI.

After killing the task and let it resume the configured schedule, it usually completes but after a day or so the issue returns. We are not aware of any changes to our test env.

We're talking about 10 emails per day without attachments.

This kinda looks like http_s://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/14662 but was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if there is anything we could try.

Well don't know if it works but can u try changing the mailbox (and then in glpi connections) password?
I had a similar problem with GMAIL and this resolved the issue

Hi,

maybe an issue with write permissions on glpi/files folder?
If you use CLI mode for automated tasks there is a cron job (Linux) or scheduled task (Windows) handling them.
We had  asimilar problem unless we granted write access for files folder to the account of the scheduled task.
