Assign ticket to all members of a group

Hi,

Is there a way to automatically assign tickets to all members of a selected group when a user adds a ticket and chooses that group?
For now i only figured out how to assign specific users to a ticket.

Hi,

did you add agents to those groups? Administration -> Groups

If yes there should be nothing more to do, the group members can search for ticket assgined to their "Technician groups".
