Good morning,
Is it possible to have users who are assigned rights to open tickers view the list of the material assigned to them in the general inventory?
I seem to remember that it was present in the old versions but I can't find this function in the new one.
In detail, I seem to remember that it was possible to open a ticket by selecting which object and/or software the assistance request was being opened for.
