I would like to create as minimum ticket categories as possible.
As an end user, when opening a ticket it relies on how the user searches.
Example:
I have a problem sending an email.
Existing ticket category:
- Software » Outlook
Expected beaviour:
If a user searches email [the Outlook category is shown]
If a user searches exchange [the Outlook category is shown]
If a user searches o365 [the Outlook category is shown]
If a user searches mail [the Outlook category is shown]
is there a way to achieve this behaviour? Using tags or hidden parameters?

No. This isn't something that is possible at the moment.
