Is there a way to inventory the certificates installed on the computer
I see a 'Certificates' section in the computer, but it's currently empty.

As far as I know, the GLPI Agent doesn't inventory certificates. The certificates in GLPI are typically ones that your business is purchasing/generating and you need to track the cost, expiration, etc for them.
I'm not sure there is much demand to track device driver certificates on the other hand though.
