Option to not to send notification to oneself

Hello.

We are looking for an option to stop GLPI of sending a notification to the technician on charge when they are modifying the ticket themseleves. For example, if i update a task i don't need to be notified that i, myself, modified the task, i already know that. If i create a task for myself, i don't need a notification reminding me that.

How could we achieve such behaviour.

Hi,

I think you are looking for the "Notifications for my changes" option. You can disable it in Setup > General > Default values.

Thanks a lot. It helps to some extend to our issue. It is not exactly what we are looking for, but it is something good for us to enable.
