Hello everybody,
Recently I needed to create a new profile to separate the consultants from the internal team.
I have two additional fields that we use when creating tickets.
After the ticket is created, when the consultant reads the ticket, the additional fields entered during creation do not appear, but in the admin profile they appear normally.
I've already recreated the entire profile and assigned everything again, I've even allowed full access and the field still doesn't return.
Could you help me with how to enable the fields to become visible again?
