Hello, we are using v10.0.15.
We have a notification template assigned to some notifications. This actions are Create Ticket, Delete Ticket, Add Followup, ...
So, for the same notification template we have a group of notifications linked. We want one information or another to appear in the email you send, depending on the notification that causes it.
eg If it is launched when a new ticket is created, we want it to send all the ticket information (title, description, status...) by email. On the other hand, if it is launched because it is closed, it will only show data such as title and status, but not description
Best regards, if you need more information ask for it.
If I haven't explained myself correctly, I'm sorry, English is not my first language.

Hi,
We are using different templates to different notifications but always on a 1 to 1 relation. So we have a template for new ticket, another template for resolved ticket, etc. This allows a very granular configuration and template layout design. Means a little more work when creating the templates, but it's a one time thing.
On the other hand you could configure the same template to be used with more then one notification, but it will increase template configuration and layout complexity. You should look for the list of available tags (variables) on the template translation page to see what you can use as variables in constructing your template. Also readup on the manual (http_s://glpi-user-documentation.readthedocs.io/fr/latest/modules/configuration/notifications/templates.html) on how to configure "if" conditions (if ticket is in x state, then display description, etc).
This can get quite complex, but see which one will suite your needs better.
Hope this helps, if someone has other options, do pitch in.
