We have a sector in the company, accounting, and in it we have 6 employees who open tickets. What they need is that when one of them opens a ticket, everyone else can see the ticket that was opened. Everyone is enabled with the "open tickets" profile and in this profile I have already enabled the "See group tickets" option but it still doesn't work. If I set a ticket rule where when opening the ticket the accounting group is added as one of the applicants, the open ticket still does not appear on their panel. Can you help?
