Add Multiple Devices to a ticket

Hi guys, we have 3 groups of computers:

• Apps Servers

• Camera Servers

• File Servers

Each of them with over 30 devices, sometimes I need to apply a GPO to 1 or more Groups, and I have to add 1 by 1 every devices in these lists..
Is there an easier way to perform this? Example:

1. The ability to create a Group and add in this Group 'n' number of devices but when you consult 'n' device will show that is associated to this ticket.

2. Ability to select more than one item at the same time at the moment of adding new items to a ticket

3. Both

Any idea would be appreciated.
