Impossible to assign an email to an entity

Hello,

I have an entity A for which I have one user :
- Y declared in GLPI users with Self-Service (D) rights on A
- Z declared in GLPI users with Self-Service (D) rights on A and Super-Admin (R) on the parent entity of A

If Z sends an email to the collector on any ticket (even if he is not observer, requester, assigned), the content of the email is assigned to the corresponding ticket.
If Y sends an email to the collector on any ticket (even if he is not observer, requester, assigned), the content of the email is NOT  assigned to the corresponding ticket with the error : Impossible to assign an email to an entity.

What is the solution?
