configuration>notifications>notification
(un notification est liée à un évenement qui envoie un modèle de notification à des destinataires)
désactivez les notifications qui correspondent à mise à jour d'un ticket.
Trouver la panne avant de réparer...

Hello!
I have the same problem!
When a new ticket is created, requester and assigned user receives two notification: New ticket is created and Update of a ticket.
Templates New ticket & Update ticket are enabled, notifications receives only requester and tehnics.
System doesn't automaticaly assing tehnics, this filed is empty. When reguester create a ticket he choose from the list to whom assign new ticket? it may be a user or group.
And I think lecortex is right!
When you assing a tehnican, the system thinks it is an update of a newt tickets, where by default tehnican should be a requester (Pre-select me as Technician when Creating Ticket - YES, default value from Administration - Users- Your user- settings)
What that solution could be? It's possible to change triggers or something else?
