Error or bug (?)

I have a problem with the tool I configure so that ticket requesters are not the same people who submit them. I automate this through the FormCreator form. However, when someone submits a ticket, it not only lists them as the requester but also includes the group they belong to. Additionally, if I have another user assigned automatically through the form, it includes all three. I am using the FormCreator plugin for form customization. I’m not sure whether to report this as a GLPI error, bug, or FormCreator issue. Does anyone have any ideas on where to start or any hints that might help me
