Configuring ANS Notifications in GLPI

Hello everyone in the GLPI community

I'm looking for assistance setting up email notifications in GLPI when a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is about to expire.

Could anyone guide me on how to configure this in GLPI? Or maybe someone has found an alternative solution to achieve the same goal?
