SLA compliance Report

Hi guys,

We´re currently using GLPI 10.0.10. We need top generate a report which shows us the compliance percentage of a SLA
linked to a parent Category. The one I generate called TICKETS PER SLA ORDERED BY CATEGORIES, doesnt show the
parent category but the children ones (sorry if Im no using the right terminology :-)). It also only shows quantities, I mean
the number of observed and not observed tickets in a period of time, but not a percentage.

Want I need to get: I have to meet a 90% of compliance of tickets under the category "Information Security" every month. How
can I see or get that information in GLPI?
