Hey folks.
I have defined a ticket template with some tasks in the pre-defined fields and some mandatory fields:
Mandatory fields:
Title Simplified interface + Standard interface
Description Simplified interface + Standard interface
Predefined fields:
Tasks Create AD account
Tasks Provide workstation/laptop
Tasks Reserve desk and setup access card
Tasks Agree on the benefit card
Tasks Setup healthcare card
Tasks Initial onboarding
Title Some title
Description Please fill up the mandatory information:
Employee names / LAT:
Company:
City:
Position:
Manager:
Starting date:
e-Mail Group:
Benefit card: yes/no/agree
Watcher group Onboarding Team
Those Tasks are assigned from the template automatically to separate user groups.
On Ticket creation, notifications are sent only to the requester and anyone assigned as Observer/Watcher.
The groups and users itself have child entities permissions and are able to see the ticket when using the Technician profile.
This is on GLPI 10.0.14.
Is it possible to get notifications for subtasks that are assigned to user/groups?
