SAML setup on Okta side

Sorry for the basic question. I'm trying to configure SSO based on SAML with Okta as IdP and GLPI as SP. I deployed PHP SAML plugin.

GLPI 10.0.12
PHP SAML 1.2.1

I was able to get IdP information on Okta side. But I'm not sure what GLPI URL should be set for the items below on Okta side.

Single Sign On URL
Recipient URL
Destination URL
Audience Restriction

Could anyone advise me?

(Resolved) I realized the ACS/redirect URL was shown in the configuration screen when I deployed the latest PHPSAML 1.3.0.
