Seperate helpdesk team ticket forward

Good morning, I need some input. I would like to work with multiple seperate teams.
The objectives are:
   1) two or more teams which are their own tickets. The teams can only see their tickets.
   2) tickets are created by collectors which are specific for all teams. Mail used to response are also specific for each teams
   3) Teams can forward tickets to other teams which now are the owner

I already solve the points 1 and 2. I'll use entity for each teams.
But I stuck with point 3. I can't find a easily way to transfer ticket without giving permissions for both source and destination entity.

I don't know if I missing something or if it's just not possible with GLPI.
