Unknown domains block

Hello!

Please help me to set block of external email addresses (so GLPI will receive emails from mail addresses with only 1 mail domain).
GLPI 10.0.10

I tried to create rule "Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mails receiver" with parameters:
Criteria: Known domain > is > No
Actions: Reject email (without email response) > Assign > Yes

And also in Entity > Advanced information > Mail domain surrogates entity I added mail domain as mydomain.com

It doesn't work, do you have any idea how to fix it?

Does the rule work properly in test mode (click the Test button on the rule's main tab)? You may also want to make sure this rule is at the top of the rule list so that it is evaluated first.

Yes, this rule is at the top of in rule list
And when i use Test button, the results is:
- Validation     Yes
- Reject email (without email response)    Yes
