Observers to be in CC field in email when replying

Hi All

We have recently picked up GLPI for our ticketing system and while testing we have noticed that anyone we have set as an observer to the ticket will be emailed individually and will not be grouped in one email going to all of the observers, is there a setting we need to change to get the observers to be in the CC field when replies are made to a ticket so everyone that is in the ticket within GLPI will also be grouped in the email reply

any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated

If what you're referring to is group notifications, I haven't discovered them yet, I couldn't tell you if that's possible.
