File from SharePoint send by email - no url in ticket

User sends an email with a link to a file shared on SharePoint.
A ticket is created in the system. We only get the icon and the file name in ticket. There is no url to the file on SharePoint.
How can I solve this problem? We are using GLPI version 10.0.7
