Formcreator - ITIL categories and locations do not appear in ticket

Good morning,

When my users fill out the support request form, they must provide several information including:

- the type of incident (Hardware, software, network, etc.)
- their geographical location


I created these 2 questions by adding a "Title" field in Formcreator referring to "Assistance - ITIL Categories" for the first and via a "Title" field referring to "General - Locations".

My categories and locations display perfectly and they are both required fields but when creating the ticket, the category and location selected by the user are not displayed.

GLPI version: 10.0.14 (the latest version)
Formcreator version: 2.13.9 (the latest version)

Do you have any idea of the origin of the problem? Is this a bug?
