Hi Team,
I am using GLPI 10.0.12 on Amazon Linux 2 with Mysql on AWS RDS.
I have successfully setup mail receiver configuration.
Server: '{imap.gmail.com:993/imap/ssl/debug}
I have successfully setup automation action for mail receiver, and added cron to execute the /var/www/glpi/front/cron.php.
Problem -
Whenever I am sending mail to mailId, it's refusing it and putting in "Refused Mail Archive Folder"
Error Message -
"Number of messages: available=1, already imported=0, received=1, refused=1, errors=0, blacklisted=0"
I haven't changed any default rules "Rules for assigning a ticket created through an email receiver" in GLPI.
Do I have to create a specific rule for this to create ticket?

For default if any user don't have filled the field email with the sender email "sender@example.com" is refused and not created the ticket.
