We recently implemented GLPI and are trying to get our notifications sorted out.
When anyone adds a followup to a ticket, a notification email is not sent to the requester. I have the Add Followup notification set to use the simple ticket template, and the recipients are set to Requester and Watcher. If I also add Administrator (which is me) to the recipient list, I do get the notification, but nobody else does.
I've just updated to 10.0.13, and that did not make a difference. Does anyone here have any ideas?
