Mailgateway: is mail coming from another GLPi discarded?

Hello,
I have this problem:

have two instance of GLPI, let's say GLPI-A and GLPI-B

A ticket is created in GLPI-A, the ticket is assigned to a supplier, a mail notification is sent to the supplier address, which points to GLPI-B.

In GLPI-B ticket is not created and mail is removed from mailbox.

Does someone know where I can start debugging this?
