I have the following problem:
I have a root entity with 3 subentities, each subentities have their own categories.
What I am trying to do is that depending on the category that the user selects from self service when creating a case, depending on which sub-entity that category belongs to, the case is automatically transferred to that entity
Example: I create a case in the root entity with a category from sub-entity 3 > The case automatically transfers the case to sub-entity 3.
I also tried to enable the entity selection menu in the simplified interface, but couldn't.
Is there a way to do this?
