Hi,
I wan't to documented changes on domains.
For this I create a entry for a domain under management>domains.
But I couldn't select the Domains in an Ticket. Even in the Tab Tickets auf the Domain I can't create an Ticket directly.
Is there something additional to do in the configuration?

You need to add Domains as an itemtype that can be associated with tickets in the Assistance tab of each profile you want to have this option.
